Thank you for shopping with Dani's Corner. We are committed to providing you with the best possible service. This policy outlines the details of our shipping processes, processing times, and our policies regarding refunds to ensure a smooth and transparent experience.

 Processing & Shipping Times:

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-20 days. Orders can be shipped out before then but it's depending on how many orders have to be made. Please be mindful that processing times may vary during certain seasons and depending on office hours.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment using the provided number on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Address:

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect addresses. If you need to make changes to your address please contact us within 30 minutes of the order placed. If order was shipped out, you will be responsible for repaying the shipping label and have it reshipped out.

Damages:

Upon arrival of order please inspect your package and contact us immediately if the items received were damaged or you received the wrong items. In order for your order to be eligible for a replacement or a refund you must contact us within 48 hours of the delivery's arrival. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

Order Refunds, Returns, & Cancellations:

Please note that all products are custom-made specifically for you and your style. As a result:

  • Order Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
  • Refunds: We do not offer refunds on any orders once they have been placed.
  • Returns: Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
